The Company was established back in 2005 , at Lavrio Attica, Greece in Technological & Scientific Park premises , which are operating under the supervision of the National Technical University of Greece (NTUA). The Company joined the scientific community, participating in European research programs and keeps collaborating with the University of Crete and the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. In January 2008, the company was honored by Microsoft founder, Bill Gates as one of the most innovative companies in the world. Since then , NanoPhos has received a great number of important Global Awards.

National Centre for Scientific Research "Demokritos"
Founded in July 1961 as a Research Centre for Nuclear Research, Demokritos is today the largest multidisciplinary Research Centre of Greece.
The Centre consists of five independent Institutes focusing on different scientific fields. It is governed by the Board of Directors and is supervised by the General Secretariat of Research and Innovation, which is in the Ministry of Development & Investments.
Hellenic Pasteur Istitute

Established in 1920, the Hellenic Pasteur Institute (IPH), is private and non-profit organization supervised by the Ministry of Development, has a long tradition in translational biomedical research, with focus on Infectious Diseases and on Public Health Services for the Ministry of Health.
